Luisa is renowned for rebuilding tenant relationships and earning the trust of property owners. Her organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping provide a strong foundation for smooth operations and informed decision-making.

Luisa is skilled in negotiation, apartments, real estate development, marketing strategy, and asset management. She is a strong business development professional, having graduated from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2004.

As a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS) with over 10 years of experience in the field, Luisa is dedicated to optimizing organizational performance through strategic human capital management.
