Kristin Salgado is an Affordable Housing Community Manager. Since joining Orlo in 2015, she has managed the company's largest affordable housing community, utilizing her superior administrative skills in managing the daily operations. Kristin ensures compliance with HUD and local County and housing authority policies, from income certification to unit and community compliance.

Before Orlo, Kristin worked in new home sales for Bozzuto Homes and has held her Maryland Real Estate license since 2005. Kristin received a degree in Interior Design from Marymount University in Virginia. She enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and watching documentaries.
