Joining ORLO in 2012 Kate has held various positions within the organization and has been Assistant Facilities Director since 2019. Kate Wilder oversees the daily facilities operations, budgets and estimating of projects for ORLO’s multifamily and commercial assets. Involved in all aspects of the business Kate serves as liason between operations and the Facilities Director to ensure project goals are met from conception to completion. 

Kate, working in tandem with Eli Szojchet is currently overseeing the pre-construction and construction of a brand new $3,000,000 student housing community in College Park, Maryland. She is a seasoned professional and enjoys traveling and spending time with her son.
