Jeff joined ORLO in 2014. He oversees lending relationships, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and investment/development strategies. He is actively involved in the transactional decision making of the firm’s existing assets. 

Jeff graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Jeff brings his understanding of organizational dynamics, superior analytical skills, and his ability to effect positive change to ORLO.
