Evan Schwartz is responsible for the day to day leadership of the finance and accounting departments. Prior to joining ORLO in 2017, Evan worked at the Bozzuto Group in their Accounting department as well as on their Advisory Services team. Evan holds a Masters in Real Estate Degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree from Yeshiva University. He is an avid reader, basketball player, guitarist, Peloton preacher, and a loving father of two wonderful girls.
