Eli Szojchet is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, construction and facilities operations for ORLO’s apartment community portfolio and over 140,000 square feet of medical office and retail space in Maryland, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Eli recently oversaw the energy conserving roof replacement and installation of 2.18MW at Seneca Village Apartments, a 58 building 684-unit apartment complex sitting on 40 acres in Gaithersburg, Maryland, as well as a 3-year $6,000,000 phased capital improvement project including value-add unit renovations and elevator replacement in a 216-unit high rise community in Takoma Park, Maryland.

Eli is actively involved in his local community of Silver Spring, Maryland where he resides with this wife and four kids.
