Aaron Orlofsky founded ORLO as a culmination of his years of experience in investment real estate, real estate management, and finance. Aaron has been involved in over $1 Billion of real estate transactions. Since 2006, ORLO has built a strong performing portfolio, producing attractive financial returns for its capital partners, upgraded rental housing for its residents, and a fully integrated real estate platform that improves the lives of the residents in its communities. 

ORLO’s portfolio was acquired strategically with the goal of re-positioning assets into flourishing communities. Aaron has vast experience and knowledge in all areas of real estate with an emphasis on preserving affordable housing in Maryland, DC and Virginia. He resides with his family in Montgomery County, Maryland.
