ORLO Overview

Led by a team of industry professionals, ORLO was founded by Aaron Orlofsky with a commitment to making a social impact in communities and providing equitable returns to capital partners. Since 2006, ORLO has a strong track record as a local go to owner-operator in value add repositioning with over 3,000 units in current and previous partnerships.

Our primary area of expertise is acquisition, sourcing innovative funding solutions and the value-added repositioning of multifamily properties. Our portfolio expansion objectives include off market portfolio purchase opportunities as we have become a prominent owner/operator in the marketplace.

Through our private capital network, we can engage promising investment opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable to investors restricted to public market transactions. Typical investments include multifamily, office & medical and industrial and commercial retail centers with a purchase price between $20,000,000 and $200,000,000. 

Our capital management strategy of renovation, development, and repositioning is highlighted by matching long-term investment with long-term capital growth and focuses on generating cost-effective capital from a variety of purpose-driven sources.
